Transforming from residential to commercial space, the formerly residential area is now undergoing repurposing into a coworking environment. Each bedroom is meticulously reimagined to serve as individual spaces for companies renting them. The decision to retain the existing doors, windows, and ceiling profiles resonates with the nostalgia of the heritage, preserving elements of its historical character.

The foyer reconfigured into a lobby area serving as a waiting room. Modular boxes, in their simplest manifestation, have been incorporated to function as either stools or tables, depending on your requirements and the manner in which they are arranged.

Each room will be equipped with essential amenities, including an air conditioner, a whiteboard, projector, tables, chairs, and cabinets to facilitate the efficient organization of working files. This ensures a well-equipped and functional workspace for the companies occupying these transformed rooms.
